We cannot take care and care for ourselves due to various work pressures in our daily life .This makes us look older than our age.So we should take care of our selves and take care of our selves
Things to do:
*due to the lack of proper hydration in our body,many diseases are created in our body and we are seen to very old. so we should do at least 4 to 5 liters of water per day.
*We should eat good fruits every day.
*And the most important think is take care of yourself.It will keep our skin good.
